On
Tuesday Room 4 went to the Onekawa pools. We did lots of activities of how to
save other peoples life and also your life to. We learnt lots of different type
of tows of how to get people out of the water to save them. My favourite activity was putting on and off life jackets. We did lots of other activities
like learning different techniques to save people,how to dive and how to use
different materials to help people no matter where you are.At the end we had to
swim 2 lengths with our clothes on. It was a challenge because the clothes were
so heavy so it pulled you down.The rest of the afternoon we got free time and I
spent most of it on the hydra slide. I learnt lots about water safety and i would love to go again.
